Ordering process

1. Project launch

The first step in starting a custom bicycle project is to fill out the quote request form. This initial contact allows us to gather the basic information needed to define your project requirements. This is the starting point for every project.

We will get back to you in 3 to 5 business days with a preliminary cost and an approximate delivery date for your project.

2. Reserving your place in the production queue

You've decided to move forward with the project. All that's left is to reserve your place in the production queue by making a deposit.

The deposit is payable on the website or by Interac e-Transfer.

Once the deposit is paid, the delivery date of your bike becomes fixed and we begin the project.

3. Bicycle Design

Now, let's get down to business! At this stage, we focus on the design of your bike:
  • Geometry and positioning
  • Integration of mechanical components
  • Finishing and painting

Once the design process is complete, we will provide you with a 3D rendering of your future bicycle and the final parts list. This step is iterative: we will adapt the design as many times as necessary until you give your final approval.

4. Manufacturing, assembly and delivery

Now we manufacture! Here, there is no mass production: we manufacture one frame at a time, for each customer.

Once your bike is manufactured and assembled, you can pick it up at the workshop. We also offer delivery options.

Now all that's left is to drive!

Is it complicated to get a custom-made bicycle?

We support all our clients through every stage of their project, regardless of their technical expertise. Please feel free to indicate in the form if you have any questions or would like to receive personalized recommendations.
